To order your fragrance:

1. Select your fragrance and desired size.
2. Click Add to Cart.
3. Click the cart icon in the top right corner and select Checkout.
4. Fill in the required information.
5. Choose your payment method.
6. Review your order summary and confirm.

You will receive a confirmation email at the address provided when placing your order.

Once your order has been confirmed, it can no longer be modified.

In some cases, it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please contact customer services as soon as possible at contact@ormaie.paris.If cancellation is not possible, you may return your order after receiving it, in accordance with our return policy.

Once confirmed, orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days and should be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

These timeframes are provided as an indication only and may be affected by events beyond the control of Maison ORMAIE.

Shipping fees depend on your destination. They are automatically added to your cart at checkout.

Customs duties may also apply. These costs cannot be calculated in advance and vary depending on local regulations. We recommend checking the import regulations of your country.

After placing an order on the ORMAIE website, a tracking number will be sent directly to the email address provided at checkout.

If you cannot find this number, please contact our customer service team at contact@ormaie.paris.

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided that the fragrance is unopened and in its original, intact packaging. The return must also include any complimentary samples received.

Once the return has been approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Returns are not accepted for personalised bottles or discovery sets.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. You will need to return your item and place a new order.

We recommend spraying your fragrance onto clean, healthy skin, on the different pulse points: wrists, behind the ears and at the base of the neck.

Rubbing the fragrance after spraying it may alter its longevity.

Exposing your fragrance to light, heat or humidity may alter the raw materials.

We recommend storing it in a dark, cool and dry place.

All ORMAIE fragrances are designed to be unisex.

All ORMAIE fragrances are vegan and cruelty-free. The leather notes in Marque-Page are obtained through a combination of olfactive notes; no real leather is used.

Only Tableau Parisien contains beeswax.

Maison ORMAIE does not conduct any animal testing.

All ORMAIE fragrances are composed of the finest raw materials.

The color of ORMAIE fragrances comes solely from the ingredients they contain. No colorants are added.

Due to the presence of natural raw materials, the color of our fragrances may vary from one batch to another. However, this variation does not affect the quality in any way.

ORMAIE fragrances undergo regulatory testing and quality control to ensure consumer safety.
